I’m not crafty. So this could be funny.
But honestly- I think art and creativity in general is subjective. I love using the creative side of my brain but I am not typically good at expressing it and therefore am so critical of everything I do and automatically assume others will be just as, if not more, critical of my work. For this reason I rarely show anyone my work because I think art, in any form, bares part of your soul and if someone in turn criticises you…it can be crushing. That said, it can also make you stronger and that’s why I will slowly be exposing more and more of myself to the world…i mean that figuratively not literally!
